shortiv is multi-venue (okx direct, bybit via weur DO, deribit best-effort — Deribit 429s all Cloudflare egress). Binance futures OI/funding is box-only: fapi.binance.com 451s Workers colos and the data-api mirror has no /fapi/*; hl-ctx carries the substitute funding/OI series. Binance spot klines are skipped — replayable upstream, nothing irreplaceable.
